Alessandro Cassara says:

he 7nderstood perfectly the torque converter potential, implementing it eith the arvantages of electric motor… a genius

Julius Caesar says:

Can spin the wheels at 160mph .. .. Ala foo, chill ?

karma one day i will visit you bitch says:

its like scooter transmition

SevenDeMagnus says:

Hi. He is truly Da Vince of cars as said but some technologies like the gears and car's combustion engine have their limits. If sir Koenigsegg is Da, Vinci, Elon Musk is Albert Einsten, simplifying things even more by going with the other technology for locomotion- the electric engine. The new Tesla Roadster is twice as fast from 0 to 60 (just under 2 seconds) and it doesn't need to have 1,500 bhp, so it's more than twice as energy efficient in getting you from here to there. God bless, Proverbs 31

Pomba Rola says:

It's a kind of CVT, or not?
Because when I saw the Regera accelerating, the continuous rotation and the constant acceleration looks like a CVT transmission.

mitchsfarm says:

But yet, the car has gears. I wonder why the ended up putting a transmission inside.

Eric haskell says:

Ya, I surely do not get it, but thanks for the try.

jp929rr1 says:

Since you have the electric motors and rarely use so much power it will be locked most of the time and the electric motors will add the power, even that won't be necessary, even at 2000 rpm you'll have plenty of oomph with 1200hp. When you rarely need full power you will use the torque converter.

Steven Najvar says:

So…magic? Lol

Mr G says:

When is the new series of interviews with Christian coming up?

CasaXtreme TheGemanLegion says:

How can you have more than double the torque at half the rpm? perpetuum mobile detected?

ohedd says:

He talks about there not being any transmission losses, but there has to be losses in the torque converter?

dtiydr says:

To manufacture that torque converter probably cost like a ordinary car.

keang chheng says:

I swear to god he looks like king pin

Milan Vuletic says:

Didn't understand a single thing he said but I like it

Nubie Bob says:

now only if we could just afford one… even a set of bolts are out of my range off one of these cars 🙁

david jin says:

Crazy shit… !!

Sebas987 says:

I think to understand what he says one should have some basic knowledge of automotive engineering (which I haven't 🙂 !

Richard Smart says:

You have to love C.v.K., don't you? Basically flipping V.A.G. the bird as his car disappears over the horizon…

HesseJamez says:

He looks like an "egg"

Broadway Ford Reviews says:

The man is a visionary genius

Gizmo Thewytchdoktor says:

absolutely remarkable.

Amraj Amraj says:

Am I baffled by the technology or more baffled by the fact I understood everything he said

Hugh Mungus says:

The way the lights reflect off this mans head is mesmerizing. It's like a naturally occurring diamond. The only thing I was left pondering from this is where his eyebrows went.

Admiral Beez says:

Sort of reminded me of the fluid flywheel on the British Daimler.

Pedro Bermudes says:

so… it is a hidraulic CVT ?

Aditya Borah says:

its a brilliant way of transferring power to the wheels
