I know the whole innocent until proven guilty thing, but this one sorta makes any car person angry. Rich or poor, no one likes a thief. Yes there is insurance, yes no one was hurt, but something about watching this happen just evokes anger. Taking something that someone else has bought, violating their personal space, damaging their property. Just bad news all around, keep an eye out!
