Is the New Bentley Continental GT Worth £160,000? | TEST DRIVE

StoneBridge & K-Syran - Starry Night

This is the brand new Bentley Continental GT, and everything you would want to know about it! From a full in-depth walkaround to stretching it’s legs on the mountain roads of Austria. I’ve been looking forward to driving the 3rd generation of the Continental GT, but is it going to be worth the £160,000 pricetag?

With a well specified car easily reaching £200,000 on the road, the Continental GT is an incredibly refined and luxurious vehicle, with a 6.0l twin turbocharged W12 making 635PS and 900Nm of torque that can do 0-100km/h in just 3.7 seconds. On the inside it introduces a new rotating central display and a whole host of new technology via the full digital display and systems such as the 48V active damping system and triple chamber air suspension.

After picking up the new Continental GT from Bentley’s base in Kitzbuhel, Austria, we head out for a short drive before a full walkaround to discuss what’s changed from the previous car and the various aspects of this generation. Then it’s back on the roads to head up the mountains into some tighter and twistier pieces of tarmac to push on and test the dynamic elements of the car. Lastly let’s take a detailed overview of the interior dashboard and display systems.

Thanks for watching, Tim
