Over the past 2 weeks I've been emailing Gameloft about the hackers that kicked many people out the top 15 in the McLaren P1 GTR Cup. I was 22nd when the cup finished so I wasn't gonna win the car anyway. However I did spend 7000 tokens on refills so I sent Gameloft Customer Care many emails asking for my tokens to be returned because of this issue. It took over 20 screenshots and a week of constant emailing when today I opened an email that said: "we are giving you the car as a big exception" which I couldn't believe at all. Also they appreciated my "devotion to the game" and the fact that I was honest about the scenario as my screenshots gave the evidence they required.
