The Koenigsegg began operations in August 1994 when a 22-year-old Christian von Koenigsegg decided to pursue his automotive dream.

The first customer car – a CC8S – was delivered in 2003. Koenigsegg has produced a further twelfth models and various special editions since that time – CCR, CCX, CCGT, CCXR, Agera, Agera R, Agera S, One:1, Agera RS, Regera and jesko.

Recent years have seen the company grow from an admired pioneering carmaker to a renowned industry icon. Koenigsegg is synonymous with innovation and known for its commitment to the ultimate in vehicle performance. It is a visionary carmaker, unafraid to challenge conventional thinking.
