Previously, Alex (https://www.instagram.com/btgalex/) surprised me by hitting a Sub-7 after being gone for 2 years. Now he's gunning for a sub 6:40 and even with a 95 kg passenger (me) he managed to deliver a consistent 6:45. I am not going to lie, this was scary. I've had many 7 and "slightly below" 7 minute laps in my life, but those few extra seconds difference feel out of this world.
