The king of carwow drag races, the Porsche 911 Turbo S, is BACK! And it's got some new competition to take on... An Audi RS3 saloon?!
No, your eyes don't deceive you - the owner of this Audi believes it can run the quarter-mile in under 10 seconds, and beat our drag race champion! As you can imagine, it's been tuned, so its 2.5-litre 5-cylinder engine can reportedly put down 716hp and 760Nm!
But will that be enough? And will they be able to launch well enough to take on the 3.8-litre flat-six twin-turbo that's powering the 911 Turbo? There's only one way to find out... LET'S RACE!

That RS3 isn't road legal though!
Yeah the Audi can do a sub 10 1/4 mile on a drag strip but not in the real world where 99.99% of the driving is done. Even more impressed at the Porsche able to do a 10.1 on a normal road with street tires.

Porsche has always been my favorite car manufacturer ! & the performance & appearance of there cars are always ridiculously impressive, but i can't understand why they don't produce a WAY better sounding exhaust system 4 the 911 Turbo S & most of there production cars. The 918 Spyder sounds fucking amazing tho !
Porsche launch control is unbelievable & has always been the best in the business hands down !

@01.08. The Audi has Pilot Sport tyres, NOT semi-slicks. In fact, I'd wager a years wages, that the Porsche has stickier rubber.
I don't get those silly little disc brakes on that Audi, I get that they are for drag racing, but you still have to stop the thing at the end of the strip. Bigger discs, more surface area, greater friction, more stopping power.
If I had the money that's the car I truly would buy 9/11 Turbo S is insane awesome automobile there's a tuner on YouTube with a 911 Turbo S I think it's ecotone I forgot the name of the tuner this car is running low eights i7 insane š
