As Shmee150 and Misha Charoudin found out, the 331MPH record claimed by SSC is looking sus. The math doesn't match and even the footage of the Koenigsegg Agera RS's run down the same road...does not match what is being stated vs. what is being shown.
Fool Me Once, Shame on You. Fool Me Twice...shame on me. And shame on me indeed, for not doing the research before making the video. I should've known a company that went silent for 7 years after unveiling an empty shell car, wouldn't have made such an outrageous feat like 331MPH. The Top Speed Wars happen in Increments. The biggest tell tale? The gearing doesn't match up with the video and website's data. Also, since when did we get access to road tires that can handle 331MPH? As far as I know, The Tuatara wasn't on special tires, nor were those tires rated for something as high as 300MPH even.
