You can change the colour of the saleen S7R by going to the livery and pressing remove livery and it will remove the stock livery and you can change the colour of the car

LOL wut, of course you can paint the Saleen S7R without having to wrap it, just go into the livery option and hold the X button or square if you're on PlayStation to delete it.
