R has Red badges and red outline stripes. Wheels are different and have chrome lugs, spoiler gives the R away, as well as the giant chin front spoiler.
Moronic. Ride with magnetic shocks is actually really good. wheels and spoiler are 21k. its limited production numbers. All that makes it worth a lot more. Spoiler is not a big deal at all. What a weiner
Thank you Doug you have sold me. I have a 2014 GT 500 convertible Loaded to the Max every option and it was modified by Ford performance cranking out 780 horsepower It is a beast . I was really considering the new GT 500 but it does not come with a stick shift and still ford has not upgraded the interior ,Plastic, plastic and more plastic .If I'm spending a 100 grand on a car I don't want to see plastic all over the interior .Don't get me wrong I think it is a awesome looking Shelby but no option for a manual transmission I know the new transmission shift faster but I like to be engaged with my vehicle it seems to be boring to me after the test drive. The Shelby GT350 and the Shelby GT350R Is not to overpriced and still comes Manual transmission . I will be test driving both this weekend and then I will make my decision.
I will be upgrading to a supercharger with my local Ford performance shop right off the bat though ,so the Shelby GT350 will have as much horsepower as GT500 if not more than .
The super snake on the front and rear are RED in an R and silver in just a 350!

It does have R badges. The red emblems on the front and back signify the R.
I would just honestly buy a regular GT 2019 and use the rest of the money on power mods lol
